Advanced Nurse Practitioner Wanted

Dynamic, forward thinking practice seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our motivated, friendly team. Eyemouth is a harbour town on the East coast of Scotland just north of Berwick upon Tweed approximately an hour’s drive from Edinburgh to the North and Newcastle upon Tyne to the South.

Applicants must have the necessary clinical training and skills to autonomously assess and independently manage patients with a wide range of minor injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate would hold an independent prescribing qualification (preferred but not essential).

The post is for up to 36 hours a week over 4 days (Monday to Friday). Flexible working patterns would be considered. A thorough induction will be provided. GP mentorship will be available at all times and there will be peer support from our current advanced nurse practitioner as well as other clinical staff.
