An integral part of the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The post holder will also take part in the 'Quality and Outcomes Framework' (QOF) scheme and any supporting initiatives, systems and protocols. As well as contributing to the Practice's overall improvement programme including Significant Event Analysis (SEA) and audit.
