Job Description TheADTS (Application Development Technical Service) engineer will conduct the development of advanced thermoplastic compounds and masterbatch solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on formulation experience, solid understanding of polymer processing, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to bring high‑performance materials from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities - Interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders to plan and develop new products based on customer/market requirements and company objectives
- Formulate compounds to meet customers’ requirements with respect to mechanical properties, electrical properties, flame resistance, weather resistance, aesthetic appearance, etc.
