Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders to plan and develop new products based on customer/market requirements and company objectives
- Formulate compounds to meet customers’ requirements with respect to mechanical properties, electrical properties, flame resistance, weather resistance, aesthetic appearance, etc.
- Conduct necessary material testing and evaluation to support product development
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle
- Explore new technologies and raw materials that can enhance product offerings to fulfill customer needs
- Create and maintain documentation including testing reports, and work instruction procedures for laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with QC and Production teams to support manufacturing trials, product scaling, and quality control processes
