Key Responsibility :

Develop and execute admissions strategies to achieve annual student intake targets across PG programs. Manage the complete admissions funnel from lead generation to enrolment, ensuring strong conversion performance. Drive lead allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and CRM management for efficient admissions operations. Finalizing & Coordinate with various lead generation agencies and internal teams for lead generation campaigns and admissions outreach activities. Plan and execute webinars, seminars, education fairs, college connect programs, workshops, and other admission engagement initiatives. Oversee application processing, documentation, offer rollouts, onboarding, and overall admission cycle operations. Lead and monitor admissions counsellors and tele-calling teams by setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
