Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process within NAS Dubai, collaborating with other departments to promote the school’s values and offerings, and ensuring enrollment targets are met. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team, and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for prospective families. You will use data and insights to shape an admissions plan that drives enrollment and retention performance across the school, manage all aspects of the prospective parent pipeline, and maintain a world‑class admissions experience in line with the NAE Family Experience.
