Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources to generate a consistent stream of referrals.Responsible for admissions process, including initial inquiries, screenings, documentation review, financial arrangements, and placement of new residents.Act as the primary point of contact for residents and families, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns during the admissions process.
