Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways.
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records and databases.
Support admission conversions and achieve enrolment targets.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission activities and events.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive applicant experience.
