Position Overview

Job Description

  • Handling office documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinating HR-related activities and basic logistics needs.
  • Managing petty cash disbursement and reimbursement records .
  • Assisting in simple financial transactions
  • such as STC (summary of
  • transactions/cash reports) , purchase requests, and expense monitoring.
  • Supporting communication between departments and ensuring proper filing and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, HR, or related).
  • With experience in office or admin work (preferred but not required).
  • Knows basic MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Willing to learn and can handle multiple simple tasks.
