Position Overview
Job Description
- Handling office documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinating HR-related activities and basic logistics needs.
- Managing petty cash disbursement and reimbursement records .
- Assisting in simple financial transactions
- such as STC (summary of
- transactions/cash reports) , purchase requests, and expense monitoring.
- Supporting communication between departments and ensuring proper filing and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, HR, or related).
- With experience in office or admin work (preferred but not required).
- Knows basic MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Willing to learn and can handle multiple simple tasks.
