Position Overview
- Responsible for the Partner Management
- Ensure all procurements are made as per company procurement policy
- Coordinating with Partners for timely and quality delivery
- Inventory Management and Timely actioning of procurement of required Office materials as per the budget plan
- Ensuring all partners payments on time and quarterly reconciliations along with FIN
- Responsible for the Renewal of all vendor agreements before expiry of the same.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians) and strong governance to be conducted with Partners and Facility owners.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure AMC of various equipment’s are renewed in time
- Taking charge of Store Management & Facility Management
- Responsible for the Travel Co-ordination
- Booking of flight tickets & vehicles
