As the Administrative Executive, you will provide administrative support for the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia) focusing on events & meeting management, purchase order processing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Arrange the GM’s calendar and meetings, assist in travels and transportation.
- Handle correspondences and external engagements of the GM’s office.
- Review GM office reports and documentation; manage GM admin paperwork including expense claims.
- Provide logistical support for visits and meetings such as Budget Reviews, Regional/Global Visitors, etc.
- Maintain the calendar of the management team and support management activities.
