Job Responsibilities
As an integral member of the team, the Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support for 2 PIs (equal distribution of time between PIs), including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting minutes, organizing meetings, and managing communications with internal committees and the external advisory boardCoordinate schedules, travel, and accommodations for visiting faculty, escort visitors during their time on campus, and manage reimbursements for invited speakers and board membersAssist with assembling clinical trial budgets and coordinating collaborative projects, collaborative grant proposals, and ensure clinical/collaborative projects are on trackMaintain media presence, website, and marketing.
