Position Overview

Overall Scope of Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing the office front desk while providing administrative and office coordination support to ensure smooth business operations at Datai Hotels and Resorts (DHR) Office, Petaling Jaya.

Specific Duties & Performance Responsibilities

  1. Perform all clerical and administration works related to overall office requirements at DHR Office including scheduling and attending meetings, taking and preparing notes as and when required.
  2. Open the DHR office by 9.00 am and ensure the reception lounge area is fully set up, clean and presentable.
  3. Maintain the DHR Meeting Room bookings and reconfirm the meeting details before each meeting. Ensure the Meeting Room is fully set up according to the brand standard in place.
  4. Ensure the office pantry area and coffee machine are clean and stocks are sufficient for daily use.
