We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations for a busy organization in Azusa, CA. The Fleet Coordinator will assist with vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and usage tracking

+ Maintain accurate records for inspections, registrations, insurance, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules

+ Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers

+ Monitor fleet compliance with company policies and safety regulations
