The Administrative Assistant/Purchasing Officer will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage office administrative tasks including handling emails, phone calls, documents, reports, and maintaining organized filling systems.
- Monitor office and warehouse facilities, including cleanliness, repair and maintenance needs, and coordination of service requests.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and prepare purchase requests when necessary.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor company vehicle records including maintenance, repairs, insurance, registration, permits, and fuel usage reports.
