Responsibilities
1. Training & Test Administration
- Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment
- Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA / regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS)
- Generate candidate's summary
- Coordinate withbtrainers, salesperson and candidates for daily operations
2. Compliance & Documentation Control
- Ensure all records are properly filed and audit-ready
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols
- Perform documentation checks to avoid errors and non-compliance
3. Operational Coordination
- Liaise with salesperson, trainers and operations team
