Job Description:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations;
- End-to-end monthly invoice processing;
- Managing office documentation, data entry, filing, handling incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating staff schedules and assisting in procurement of office supplies;
- Support internal departments in routine administrative tasks;
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant statutory requirements, where applicable.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum one (1) year of prior work experience in an administrative role in Hospitality/Commercial Laundry Industry;
- Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level certificate;
- Ability to multi-task to perform various tasks simultaneously;
