Position Overview
Administrative Assistant (Property Management) Job Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors, handling enquiries and service requests professionally
- Support the onboarding of new residents and tenants, including access card applications, key collection, and move-in/move-out coordination
- Coordinate with site teams to arrange inspections and follow up on maintenance or service-related matters
- Manage facility bookings, petty cash administration, and general office coordination
- Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports, submissions, and supporting documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record management
- Monitor office supplies, stationery inventory, and equipment maintenance records
- Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day site operations
