Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office communications, and assist with a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
+ Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records.
+ Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
+ Order and manage office supplies.

Requirements
Qualifications
