Job Description

  • Provide administrative & accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meeting rooms or virtual conferences.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, reports.
  • Preparing, editing, scanning and formatting documents, reports, memos, and emails.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Can do Purchase Order/Canvasing/ Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for Accounts Directors and staff.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Data Entry & Finance Performing basic bookkeeping, data entry, and processing expense reports.
  • Secretary / Coordinator
