Position Overview
Executive administrative support needed to support new Director.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent and demonstrated extensive experience providing administrative assistant support to executive level clients
- Experience working at a defense contractor facility
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams - use of formulas, tables, charts, pivot tables, import/export data, creating new presentations and editing existing ones, teams channels, file sharing, etc.
- Must have previous experience with travel booking software (Concur preferred), coordinating complex travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports
