Pay Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 / Hour

Daily Schedule: 7:30- 4:00pm (M-F)

Location: On-site. 777 Main Street Fort Worth, Texas

Duration: 6-month contract w/ possible extension

Summary

This position provides administrative support to various groups interacts with all levels of management, employees and external parties.

• High School diploma or GED


• 3+ years secretarial or administrative support experience


• Ability to communicate directly, specifically, and constructively, both verbally and in writing


• Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures a plus


• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Measures of Success

• Requires minimal supervision
