Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is a MUST.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • MUST have experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
