Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and meetings for individuals in LCPA team
- Arrange room bookings for meetings and events as required by LCPA team
- Book travel including flights, hotels, and transportation for team members
- Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Undertake other administration support as requested by LCPA team including basic document creation
- Be a team player able to work with different personalities and working styles
- Flex to work across other teams where cover required
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in providing administrative support
- Good English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Effectively able to prioritize work by understanding competing demands and making appropriate judgments regarding relative importance
