Position Overview

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)

Reporting to: Plant Manager

Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for warehouse, stores, factory administration, and financial accounting.
  • Manage team performance and compliance with procedures.
  • Responsible for welfare department and security on all associated sites.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements.
  • Effective budget management and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Core Mathematics
  • Completed Commerce related Degree (BCom, BCompt)
  • 5 years' admin experience with knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
  • Experience in managing budgets and leading teams.
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems and ERP systems.
