Role Overview
This role is not on the list of occupations eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. The Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join this team.
Responsibilities
- Assist case handlers and other team members
- Create new clients and matters ensuring compliance with Lexcel and internal procedures
- Close/archive files ensuring all MI is captured
- Prepare invoices and dispatch them to clients when applicable
- Liaise with stakeholders (clients, team, finance, etc.) regarding aged debt
- Process write-offs, client balances and disbursements in 3E
- Prepare, copy, and scan documents such as letters, enclosures, bundles, etc.
