Position Overview

Salary: S$2,600 – S$2,800 (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours

  • Mon – Fri: 10:30am – 7:30pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm
  • Sunday off
About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling POS systems, documentation, customer coordination, and operational support in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and purchase orders
  • Support retail sales coordination and attend to customer enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
  • Update inventory records and coordinate stock movements
  • Operate and manage POS (Point-of-Sale) systems efficiently
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and delivery teams
  • Assist management with reporting and general operational support
