Salary: S$2,600 – S$2,800 (negotiable based on experience)

- Mon – Fri: 10:30am – 7:30pm
- Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm
- Sunday off
About the Role This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling POS systems, documentation, customer coordination, and operational support in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Job Responsibilities - Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and purchase orders
- Support retail sales coordination and attend to customer enquiries
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
- Update inventory records and coordinate stock movements
- Operate and manage POS (Point-of-Sale) systems efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and delivery teams
- Assist management with reporting and general operational support
