On-site – Cavite; 1-3 years experience; Bachelor's degree required; Full-time position

Job Description

  • Handle procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and evaluate pricing and lead times
  • Prepare and monitor purchase orders; ensure timely delivery to site/shop
  • Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and project managers for material requirements
  • Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and maintain organized storage (office/shop)
  • Maintain updated supplier database and material price monitoring
  • Organize and file procurement documents (POs, DRs, invoices, receipts)
  • Prepare basic reports (purchase summary, material tracking, cost monitoring)
  • Support daily office operations and general administrative tasks
