Position Overview
Job Description:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal operations team on project updates
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, reports, permits, and compliance documents
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and updating company databases
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and ad hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, office operations, or related roles
- Working hours: Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 2pm , 5.5days work week
