Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Monitor and maintain dessert quality and service standards consistently to meet customer expectations
- Create and sustain a welcoming dining atmosphere by managing customer greetings, ambient sounds, and scents
