What you’ll do: - Oversee day-to-day office administration, including fixed asset management
- Handle procurement activities (sourcing, purchasing, and renewals) within budget and policy guidelines
- Coordinate hiring procedures for agency/contract staff in collaboration with departments
- Maintain vendor contracts and arrange preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Support student records administration, data integrity, and reporting (including EduRec updates)
