Location: Sin Ming

Working hour: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm

Job scope:

• Day-to-day administrative support, laise with Accounts and HR dept
• To receive customers and understand their needs
• Assist in quotation/invoicing/customer handling
• Updating of information into systems
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic Chinese speaking preferred to handle Chinese suppliers and clients
