Job Purpose To provide administrative and coordination support to the Procurement Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely processing of procurement documentation, and effective coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities - Assist the Procurement team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and order status.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding documentation, invoices, and payment-related matters.
- Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and procurement databases.
- Support the collection and comparison of supplier quotations.
