Part Time Data Entry Role
This is a part time data entry role that will support Client's Learning and Development team. This is what you'll do:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
