Position Overview

Admin staff required

We are looking to fill in the position of an admin assistant/office admin. 

The applicant will be responsible for 

  • Attending customer calls
  • Responding to customer and staff enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Payment enteries
  • Updating customers and staff about job status
  • Any other relevant paperwork 

An ideal applicant must have an attention to detail and quick learner. 

We will offer at least 30 hours per week.
