Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to Finance Manager
  • Manage event listings on the merchant website, including creation and updates
  • Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure accurate event information is published
  • Generate periodic reports related to events for faculty
  • Handle participant email inquiries related to refunds, cancellations, ticket transfers, and general event questions and follow up until resolution
  • Be responsible for service & maintenance contracts of office equipment including personal / desktopcomputers, laptops, printers, copiers, phone system, water coolers, air-conditioners.
  • Download, organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee office stationery requisitions and replenishment of pantry supplies.
