Position Overview

  • Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries
  • Preparing of documents for customer/vendor orders and follow up
  • Quotations / invoices for customer Service requests
  • Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory;
  • Updating of invoices to accounts (OJT)
  • Check Customer designs (OJT)
  • Coordinating with sales personnel order follow up
  • any other duties as assigned by the company
  • 5 days week
  • 9am to 6pm working hours
  • Near to Machperson MRT
