Position Overview

Agency Sales Assistant:



Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with building and maintaining relationships with customers

-Assisting with Marketing and Social Media content

- Assisting Agency Consultant on meeting sales targets and quotas

- Organizing and planning agent functions and the annual agency seminar.

- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Providing customer support and resolving issues

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Managing sales data and reporting on sales performance

- Run end-of-month report list for Managers

- Preview reports to Agents-format and email to selected agents
