Company Overview Our client is a well-established F&B group in Singapore with multiple outlets and a central kitchen. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (QA) to support maintenance coordination, procurement processes, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and preventive maintenance for outlets and Central Kitchen
- Maintain proper records of service contracts, equipment, and maintenance documentation
- Generate and track maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and liaise with finance on payments and related matters
- Coordinate and arrange dispatch of QA supplies to outlets
- Support documentation, filing, and administrative tasks related to QA and operations
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
