Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Course Coordinator, the adjunct faculty member aids in instructing various Emergency Medical Technician related classes and skills to community college students. May be assigned to any SLCC location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

1. Support and aid the Course Coordinator in teaching classes to facilitate student learning. 2. Adhere to current course outlines and/or syllabi. 3. Demonstrate a depth of understanding in the field of Emergency Medical Services at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic level. 4. Attend required training and department meetings, as invited. 5. Demonstrate and support professional commitment to division, School, and College mission and values. 6.
