In this position, you will be responsible for addressing substance misuse at Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinics. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outreach to community and clients in need
• Assist with assessments and transitions to care
• Develop individual recovery and crisis plans
• Implement brief interventions and harm reduction strategies
• Support clients’ mental health and recovery journeys
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Five years of counselling experience
• Familiarity with the Stages of Treatment approach
