Activity & Wellbeing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre – Full time position, maternity cover.

We are looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week, engaging residents in activities that improve health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• One or more sports coaching qualifications.
• Sports Leaders qualification or the ability to obtain within a short period.
• Coaching experience to lead a wide range of high‑quality activities in schools, village halls, care homes, disability groups, mental health charities, clubs and leisure centres.
• Good organisational skills to administer activities and deliver the Local Community Wellbeing Plan.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service and safety in the activities you oversee.
