The Activations Specialistis responsible forowning the full new client lifecycle from closed/won through 12 months post-activation. This role ensuresaccurate,timely, and high-quality execution of client activations while coordinating cross-functional teams andmaintainingclear communication with stakeholders.
The Activations Specialist plays a critical role in driving successful onboarding,identifyingrisks early, and supporting clients through early-stage adoption and production readiness. This role reports to the Activations Manager and works closely with Sales, Client Management, Enablement, Client Services, and other Onyx stakeholders.
