Service Offer to Client Build, manage, maintain
Job Scope - Report to the Project Manager for ACMV project planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate internal team members and external subcontractors on-site to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee site testing and track project costs.
- Support the accounts department with progressive payment claims.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in ACMV technical calculations (e.g., heat load, airflow rate, chiller capacity).
