Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Monthly preparation of invoices, reconciling of accounts via e-accounting system including accounts journaling
- Regular follow up on Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables
- Process staff salary, expense claims and leave applications
- Update Project and Company Forecast
- Monthly and annual financial reporting to management
- Assist with human resource matters such as onboarding and offboarding of staff, issue memo, update company policy, etc.
- Scan, print, organize, and file documents (both electronic and physical paperwork)
- Handle general administrative paperwork and record keeping
- Prepare administrative letters, forms, etc
- Run office errands, including courier services and purchasing office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
