Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho on a Contract basis. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day receivables operations by applying customer payments, preparing accurate invoices, and helping maintain timely account resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, comfort working with billing and cash activity, and the ability to communicate effectively regarding outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:
• Record and apply incoming customer payments accurately to the appropriate accounts and invoices
• Prepare and issue customer invoices while ensuring billing details are complete and correct
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue commercial accounts to support collections efforts
