Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Pembroke, MA

Salary: $60-70k (Yearly bonus depending on company sales)

Schedule: Onsite 5x a week


Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day AR operations. This role will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash application, and effective account management while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices

+ Process incoming payments and apply cash to the appropriate accounts

+ Complete account reconciliations, including credits and adjustments

+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

+ Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, discrepancies, and payment issues
