Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming payments to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 02 years (Fresh Graduate/Student acceptable).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and team members.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
