Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support day-to-day receivables activity for a team based in Portland, Maine. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep billing, payment posting, and customer account follow-up organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help maintain healthy cash flow by managing invoicing, applying payments, and communicating with commercial customers regarding outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner to support ongoing billing operations.
• Record incoming payments and apply cash receipts to the correct customer accounts with close attention to detail.
