Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an ongoing contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in billing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliation.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will support day-to-day receivables operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting team.

+ Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Post and reconcile incoming payments

+ Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts

+ Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues
